Why be a sponsor?
The Lindsay Optimist Club offers one of the few opportunities for children to belong to an athletic team for $60 or less.
Our league’s “semi competitive” nature also allows children of virtually all abilities to participate and compete.
We do allow kids to pick one or two friends to be on the same team, but we mix kids by gender and age so that they get a chance to meet kids from other schools and other neighborhoods.
Keeping kids active and giving them a feeling of being part of the community benefits us all.
